About our Tech Talk

In this Tech Talk we will be talking with Peter Brugger, current Managing Director at the Business Model Innovation Lab from Zurich, Switzerland Spin-off of the University of St. Gallen enabling companies to build sustainable new business using innovative business models). We will talk about how large companies can create and test innovative business models.

Business Model Innovation has become more relevant for both new and established companies, since this is one of the most important elements that allow companies to differentiate themselves from others and develop a competitive advantage. Therefore, the transformation of business models by improving the value proposition towards customers has become a constant need and priority, since the business model innovation is now an essential capability for organizations seeking to drive breakout growth and defend against industry disruption.

Business Model Innovation Lab

Peter is the Managing Director of the Business Model Innovation Lab from Zurich, Switzerland, and has been part of the BMI Lab since its beginning. He has supported companies in nearly all industries including FMCG, mobility, agrochemicals and tech manufacturing in the development and implementation of new business models. His main focus areas are innovative revenue models, alternative Go-To-Market models and exploring new opportunities for business through digitalization.
